1. Meal plans and training programs are created by me INDIVIDUALLY for every client
2. You get complex follow-up support from the beginning of our cooperation until the achievement of our desired result.
3. My system is based on the principals of balanced nutrition and effective exercise
4. The program which you get will initially be corrected after the first week (the first week I will evaluate your specific function and abilities in the gym), and from then on I’ll correct it every fortnight.
5. The training program will be created for you, considering your constitution, the desired location of the workouts (home/gym), and any medical needs, as well as your stamina and strength. You’ll get the program for a certain number of weeks (depending on chosen facilities). I will provide video tutorials in addition to the program.
6. The nutrition plan will have a lot of variation as to not “bore” you. You’ll get a full menu for the whole day with a calculation of PFC, a time when you should eat (adjusted to your lifestyle) and the amount of food in grams.
7. I set a realistic time period for you to achieve your goals in. I will never build up false hopes that one can reach a perfect body in a month. I do promise though in a month you’ll notice significant progress and during this period you’ll be adapted to a NEW healthy lifestyle. And obviously you will make a big step towards your dreams.
